Agreement with ONAYA

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

This agreement, incorporating our privacy policy, terms of use for our website and any other platform through which the booking is made, and any other pertinent information provided before confirming your booking, establishes the contractual relationship between you and ONAYA. It outlines our mutual rights and responsibilities. “You” refers to the individual named on the booking and all individuals included in the booking or added to it later. The primary booker confirms agreement to these conditions for all individuals in the booking, acknowledging the authority to do so, acceptance of our privacy practices, and confirmation of being at least 18 years old at the time of booking. Details of accommodation costs are provided during the booking process and in subsequent confirmation emails.

Formation of Contract

A legally binding contract with us is established when you either accept our quote verbally or in writing and pay a deposit or the full booking amount, or when we send you an email confirmation of your booking.

Booking Payment

To secure your booking, a valid credit card or a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay via bank transfer is required. No-shows will be charged using the credit card information on file. For bookings of many rooms or extended stays, we may request a larger or non-refundable deposit. We reserve the right to process payment for bookings 30 days prior to check-in, following the expiration of the free cancellation period.

Price and Information Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in the information and pricing on our website and brochures. Should errors occur, we reserve the right to amend prices and details accordingly.

Booking Confirmation

Upon receiving your booking confirmation, promptly review it for accuracy. Contact us immediately for corrections as later changes might not be possible.

Modifications to Booking

Should you need to alter your booking after the contract is effective, we will endeavor to accommodate your request, though it may not always be feasible. Changes must be requested in writing by the person who made the booking. If we can accommodate your request, any price differences will be communicated before proceeding. Inability to fulfill your request will be treated as a cancellation by you, incurring cancellation fees. Changes made before the booking date, excluding name changes, will be considered cancellations and subject to associated fees.

Booking Cancellation

Once your booking has been confirmed, to cancel the booking, the person making the booking must email our reservations department to request cancellation. Our contact details are stated on your booking confirmation. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your email or the date you cancel online. Last minute reservations taken by telephone require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.  Last minute reservations may not be cancelled without penalty. In the event of last minute changes or no show, payment will be taken in full for the reservation made. Valid credit card details will be taken at the time of booking..  The amount of 100% will be payable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival. The amount of 100% will be payable if you do not arrive on your due date unless you have advised us in writing of any delay.   The reservation will also be subsequently cancelled after midnight or your due arrival date. Cancellations or reservation amendments after check in will not be accepted for any reason. Early departure will be subject to full room reservation charge.

Changes or Cancellations by Us

While unlikely, should we need to change or cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer alternatives or a full refund if the changes are significant. You may accept the change, choose an alternative accommodation of similar quality, or cancel for a full refund.

Unacceptable Behavior

We do not tolerate disruptive behaviour towards guests, staff, or neighbours. Such behaviour may lead to refusal of check-in or termination of your stay without a refund. Future bookings from those involved may also be declined.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, and civil unrest.

Accommodation Use

The accommodation is reserved solely for individuals named in the booking confirmation. Any changes require prior agreement and possible additional charges.

Special Requests

Please communicate any special requests at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee fulfillment.

Accessibility and Health

We aim to cater to guests with specific needs or medical conditions. Inform us of any such requirements before booking confirmation to ensure accommodation suitability.

Agent and Promotional Bookings

Special rates and promotions are exclusively available to the general public through our website. Agent and bulk bookings are subject to cancellation.

Special Offers

Promotions like Early Bird deals are non-refundable. A deposit is required at booking, with the balance due at check-in or charged for no-shows or cancellations.

Age Restriction

To ensure a tranquil experience, our hotel will transition to an adults-only policy, not accepting bookings for individuals under 16 years.

Drone Usage

Drone operation is permitted only with the hotel management’s express consent, considering the comfort and preferences of all guests.
